The University College Advising Center Transfer Transition Program (UCAC TTP) is a semester long advising curriculum for first semester students with majors in the University College at Texas State University: Exploratory, Exploratory professional, and Bachelor of General Studies.

The UCAC TTP is informed by Schlossberg's Transition Theory. It accepts that the process of transitioning to a new institution is not complete when registration is confirmed on the census date but is a continuing process that must be worked on throughout the first semester as students encounter new situations, discover new ideas of self, search for new support structures, and develop new strategies.

The program is delivered with the Flipped Advising Model via the Canvas Learning Management System. The purpose of Flipped Advising is to engage students in the advising process before meeting with an advisor by having them review and learn common material on their own, so that their advising appointment can focus on appreciative, developmental advising tasks.
