Quality Enhancement Plan 2020: Undergraduate Research

As part of our Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmation process, TXST is required to have a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).  The QEP Theme Development Team, which consisted of faculty, staff, and students representing divisions, colleges, and student groups, met to discuss the nature of the QEP and propose ideas for themes.  After thoughtful deliberation, the QEP Theme Development Team proposed four possible topics from which the university’s accreditation Leadership Team selected undergraduate research as the theme for the 2020 QEP.

Dr. Alejandra Sorto, Associate Professor of Mathematics, and Dr. Sean Horan, Associate Professor of Communication Studies, as co-chairs of the 2020 Quality Enhancement Plan committee.
