Male Dialogue Series
There is a growing concern regarding the retention of males on the Texas State campus, especially our males of color and first-year (freshman and transfer) students. The dialogue series explores the common themes that are affecting the academic success and matriculation of males on campus:
- African American Dialogue Series
- Hispanic Male Dialogue Series
- Freshmen Male Dialogue Series
- Mentor/Mentee Male Dialogue Series

Student Success: Male Initiatives
The Student Success website features numerous Male Student Retention Initiatives, including a downloadable directory of faculty/staff directory and objective information. The dialogue series are included in these listings.
Texas Education Consortium for Male Students of Color
The Texas Education Consortium for Male Students of Color — a statewide network of school districts, community colleges, and public universities — officially launched in summer 2013.
